Our catered packages include beautiful crockery, table linens, your selected and tailored menu, delivery on the day of your event, setup of the cutlery and the crockery, and collection of the crockery and cutlery at a convenient time and day after your event. We can collect on the same day or within a few days, whatever works best for you.

You do have to wash the crockery and pack it in the storage tubs that we leave for you; however, we will wash the crockery for you if we are on-site.

We prefer our clients to make bookings online. Simply click on the words “Book Now” under the menus However, we are also happy to take bookings over the phone. Please call 1-239-451-0036. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. A payment plan is offered as part of our terms and conditions. You will need to provide us with your final guest list 10 days before your event and that is when your final payment and security bond will be due.

Yes. A security bond is required for all events and is due 10 days prior to your event. The security bond is $200 for all standard menu packages and $400 for all packages that include the hire of our props. The security bond will be refunded once all items are returned and our staff checks the items for any breakages or damages. In the unlikely event that a breakage or damage occurs, we will withhold the amount owing for those breakages or damages and only the balance will be refunded to you.

When you book a catered high tea, we generally like to deliver the crockery to our clients the day before their event, ensuring everything is organized and set up for the big day. We have found that more often than not, we collect the crockery on the day of the party. However, if a couple of days are required to give our clients a chance to do the washing up and repacking of the crockery in the storage tubs that we leave behind, that can also be arranged.

At the time of booking, we establish numbers and whether your event will be buffet-style or a traditional sit-down affair. Each party is different so we will discuss with you recommended quantities of each to suit your high tea or tea party needs.

When you book your party, we will require approximate numbers. We can finalize the exact number of guests closer to the date when you have received your RSVPs. However, we do require finalization of guest participation 10 days before the event. Full payment is required at the time of booking if the event is within 7 days of booking.

We deliver your high tea or tea party catered event free of charge up to within 14 miles of the Naples Grande Hotel in Naples, Florida or delivery surcharges will apply. Delivery fees are applicable for events located outside the 14-mile radius and will be discussed at the time of booking if applicable.

Parking and access to the venue need to be supplied by the client. Unfortunately, we will have to pass on parking costs to you if parking is not supplied and our only option is to use a parking station.

It is understandable that you may encounter a guest who needs to drop out so you are welcome to adjust your numbers up to 10 days prior to the event.

If the number falls below our minimum required guests, you will be asked to pay the minimum amount applicable to the package you have selected.

In the unlikely event that damage to our items occurs, or an item of ours goes missing, the following charges will apply and will be taken from your security bond:
- Teacups, Saucers, Side Plates, Spoons, and Champagne Glasses – $10.00 per Piece
- Milk Jugs and Sugar Bowls – $15.00 per Piece
- Teapots, Tiered Stands, Serving Platters, and Tea Racks – $40.00 per Piece
- Tables, Chairs, Linens, and Other Items – Replacement Cost
- Eiffel Tower With Lights – $225.00
- White Tree With Lights – $100.00
- Mannequins – $75.00
- Parisian Postal Pic – $25.00
- Parisian Little Girl Pink Balloon Pic – $30.00
- Potted Artificial Flowers – $25.00 per Pot
- Potted Artificial Flower Centerpiece – $35.00
- Dior Boxes, Paris Miniature Bags, and Paris Book Boxes – Replacement Cost
- Parisian Little Girl Pillow – $25.00

Am I Able to Cancel My Event?
Cancellations prior to 7 days before the date of your function will incur a $200.00 administration fee. Cancellations between 4 and 7 days prior to the date of your function will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days prior or on the day of your function will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are charged to the credit card number provided as security in the booking confirmation form. In the event of an emergency and at our discretion, we may allow you to change your date.

For catered events, FabulosiTea supplies crockery, cutlery, tea stands, platters, table linens, designer catering, honey, and sugar. The client’s preferred milk choice and quantity are at their discretion as is the cost of power/water when required if the event is held outside of the home.
Table décor and any other event props required will be discussed at the booking stage and is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed to.

We currently accept cheque, cash, and EFT. If paying via EFT, please provide your bank account details so that we can refund your security bond after your event. Final payment must be made 10 days prior to the event. This is also the time your security bond is due.
