The event was over-the-top fabulous. We were extremely impressed with the varied and gorgeous table settings and were particularly taken with the Mad Hatter theme. We also loved the French-themed café. I loved the Eiffel Tower light; that was lovely. Appetizers that were served before the event were beautiful, tasty, and very dainty. We loved them all! The champagne, unexpected at a tea party, really added some glamour! Our favorite food bites were the little meat pies, sausage rolls, little watercress tarts, and the mini lemon tarts (which were lovely and tart with outstanding flavor). The scones were very nice and of a proper size. I thought it was very elegant when the server came around with the macaroons and served them individually with the little silver tongs.
